Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled, ensuring quality control
• Manage customer and client experience to ensure satisfaction
• Communicate expectations clearly to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided
• Manage labor and consumable resources on projects
• Communicate project progress and issues with the project manager and office staff

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA and SERVPRO safety guidelines
• Protect and properly use equipment and materials
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required

Skills/Physical Demands

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights or in tight spaces
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
• Work safely with cleaning agents
• Successfully pass a background check as per legal requirements
