SERVPRO of Central Delaware County is seeking a Restoration Project Coordinator in Folsom. The role focuses on coordinating projects, detailing estimates, and ensuring client requirements are met to restore properties efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, experience in a fast-paced office, and the ability to learn new software including Xactimate. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or office experience
• Experience writing estimates and managing job files; QA is a plus
• Service industry experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn Xactimate and proprietary software
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Able to pass a background check

Responsabilités

• Create preliminary estimate
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
• Review and validate initial field documentation
• Daily job file coordination including status checks and audits
• Prepare job file reports
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit
• Assist other departments as needed
