SERVPRO of Central Delaware County is seeking a Restoration Project Coordinator to support clients and teammates in fire and water damage projects. You will act as a liaison to identify project requirements, organize tasks, and administer project files while delivering proactive service.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with estimates, job file processes, and QA is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced, service-industry environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create preliminary estimate.
• Monitor client requirements and ensure they are followed.
• Review initial field documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate daily job files and track status and progress.
• Prepare job file reports for audit and final upload.
• Assist other departments as needed.
