SERVPRO of Central Delaware County is seeking a Restoration Project Coordinator in Folsom, CA. You will coordinate project files, generate preliminary estimates, and ensure client requirements are met while supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years administrative or office experience
• Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance is a plus
• Experience in service industry environment is a plus
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Fast-paced, team-oriented office environment experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
• HSD/GED preferred
• Able to pass background check per law

The Coordinator will work as a liaison for the client to identify project requirements and specifications. The Coordinator will administer and organize projects and support teammates.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create preliminary estimate

Position Requirements

• Successful at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software
• Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Hours

• 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
• Vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Pay Rate

Competitive pay based on experience.
