Job summary

PacWest Restoration Inc. seeks a motivated Project Coordinator to oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will communicate with clients, crews, subcontractors, and office staff; schedule technicians; monitor schedules and costs; and ensure work meets quality and customer expectations. On-call duties may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
• Knowledge of insurance claims and property restoration processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
