Teksky LLC in East Lansing, MI is seeking an experienced Restoration Construction supervisor/Manager to lead renovation and restoration projects from start to finish.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, schedules, and quality, and build strong relationships with insurers and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restoration construction site supervision experience.
• Strong construction and project management knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Understanding of insurance restoration is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Flexible to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call assignments.

Are you an experienced Restoration Construction supervisor / Manager with a strong background in restoration, renovation, or residential construction? We’re looking for a hands-on professional to join an established construction and restoration team!

What You’ll Do

Supervise multiple restoration construction projects from start to finish

Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials, and project schedules

Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines

Conduct final quality-control walkthroughs
