Position: SERVPRO of Central Delaware County Restoration Project Coordinator

We seek a candidate who is great on the phone, has excellent analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and a serious multi-tasker. The Coordinator will serve as a liaison to identify project requirements, organize projects, and support team members.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Create preliminary estimates
2. Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
3. Review and validate initial field documentation
4. Coordinate daily job files, monitor status, and oversee work-in-progress
5. Prepare job file reports
6. Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and auditing
7. Assist other departments as needed

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative or office-related experience
• Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance is a plus
• Experience in a service industry environment is a plus
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented office
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary systems
• Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a background check as per applicable law

Hours:

• 40 hours/week, with flexibility for overtime as required
• Varying between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Pay Rate:

Competitive pay based on experience.
