SERVPRO of Central Delaware County is seeking a Restoration Project Coordinator.

The Coordinator will serve as a liaison for clients to identify project requirements and specifications, administer and organize projects, and support team members.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create preliminary estimates
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
• Review and validate initial field documentation
• Coordinate daily job files, monitor status, and manage work-in-progress
• Prepare job file reports
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audits
• Assist other departments as needed

Position Requirements:

• At least 2 years of administrative or office-related experience
• Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance is a plus
• Experience in a service industry environment is a plus
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary systems
• Minimum of HSD/GED
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law

Hours:

• 40 hours/week, with flexibility for overtime when required
• Varying between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Pay Rate: Competitive pay based on experience.
