Construction and Maintenance Project Manager (Remote)

Company: ABCO Maintenance, a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company serving the Tri-State area for over 35 years.

Position: Construction and Maintenance Project Manager (Remote)

Salary: $55K to $58K

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily facility maintenance projects and work orders.
• Manage onsite workforce and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate and schedule project timelines.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot onsite issues and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance and/or construction.
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Technical proficiency with construction management software.
