Job summary

Lightspeed Restoration of Covington is seeking a Business Development Representative to build referral relationships with agents, adjusters, and other partners, while expanding market presence and driving revenue growth in the San Antonio area.

The role is commission-based with weekly travel support, a car stipend, and a budget for marketing and outreach. We seek a self-motivated, organized professional who can manage a field schedule and represent the company with integrity at networking events.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with field-based scheduling.
• Experience in business development or restoration/sales preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and conduct consistent with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow referral relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, HVAC contractors, property managers, real estate professionals, and other strategic partners.
• Conduct regular route marketing visits, drop-ins, and scheduled meetings with existing and prospective referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities within the service area and build a consistent pipeline of restoration leads.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, CE classes, trade shows, community functions, and industry gatherings.
• Provide timely follow-up and communication with referral partners regarding job status, customer satisfaction, and service outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations and mitigation teams to ensure seamless handoff from referral to job execution.
• Track referral activity, revenue generated, and partner engagement to support performance reviews and commission structure.
• Maintain a high level of brand visibility through promotional outreach, marketing materials, and relationship-building activities.
• Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions.
