Job summary

Lightspeed Restoration is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate new restoration projects through relationship-building and route marketing within the service area. The role focuses on expanding market presence, strengthening partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company, with compensation based on performance and a weekly car stipend.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow referral relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, HVAC contractors, property managers, and other partners.
• Conduct route marketing visits, drop-ins, and meetings with referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of restoration leads.
• Represent the company at networking events, CE classes, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
