Job summary

Lightspeed Restoration of Covington is seeking a motivated, independent sales representative to expand our customer base in the Austin area. This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity with flexible scheduling and the ability to build a long-term book of business.

You will focus on establishing relationships with property managers, apartment communities, HOAs, and commercial facilities, presenting our restoration services, and generating mitigation and reconstruction opportunities.

Qualifications

• Existing relationships OR regular access to property managers or commercial decision-makers.
• Ability to get meetings and build trust quickly.
• Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or B2B services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with property management companies, apartment communities/HOAs, and commercial facilities.
