Job summary

SERVPRO Team Dobson is seeking a Restoration Manager to lead restoration projects and crews in McKees Rocks, PA. This hands-on leadership role focuses on service excellence, coordinating operations, and driving team success.

As a strong communicator and natural leader, you will manage scopes of work, coordinate crews and equipment, and ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction. Join a respected team with growth opportunities and a focus on safety and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of restoration industry experience.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Experience with Xactimate strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate scopes of work and prepare estimates using computer tools and SERVPRO proprietary software.
• Secure customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimates.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise crews, subcontractors, and resources for active jobs.
• Review job site documentation to support services, compliance, and proper billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses, equipment, vehicles, and material assets.
• Oversee the customer experience, ensuring high satisfaction and strong online reviews.
• Provide rapid response to incoming leads and potential customers.
• Assist with recruiting and training restoration team members.
