This position is a pivotal leadership position within the cleaning and restoration industry, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations. The General Manager will develop strategic plans to drive business growth, manage company resources, and uphold strict compliance with industry standards. With a focus on quality service delivery, the General Manager also nurtures client relationships, leads and mentors staff, and optimizes operational processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in management, proven industry experience, and relevant certifications such as IICRC. Restoration Operations Manager Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations of the business unit including effective management of resources, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals, focusing on operational efficiency and revenue growth.
3. Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
4. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry professionals to enhance service offerings and business development.
5. Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports; implement strategies to reduce costs and maximize profitability.

Restoration General Manager Qualifications

1. 3+ years of proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning and restoration industry.
2. Current IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certifications.
3. WRT, AMRT, ASD (optional)
4. Comfortability in creating Xactimate estimates.
5. Ability to learn and work within various technologies.
6. Ability to work in the field as needed.
7. Strong understanding of business management, operational processes, and customer service.
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead crews of technicians.
9. Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
