Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Oversee staff development of the Production/Restoration division.
• Work with GM and Owner to ensure operations comply with regulations.
• Develop and oversee protocols for facilities, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
• Review operational outcomes with GM and Owner and discuss key measures.
