SERVPRO Team JRF in Manchester, NH is seeking a senior Restoration Operations Manager to lead NH operations, own the P&L, and drive profitability across Team JRF locations. You will manage performance metrics, uphold brand standards, and develop commercial partnerships to grow recurring revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, restoration expertise, and the ability to optimize operations while driving commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restoration/mitigation experience.
• 3+ years in a management role with P&L responsibility.
• IICRC WRT certification; additional IICRC certs preferred.
• Read and manage P&L, control job costs, drive profitability.
• Strong knowledge of water, fire, mold, storm damage mitigation.
• Proficiency with Xactimate, moisture meters, thermal imaging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NH operations ensuring quality, safety, and process consistency.
• Lead weekly WIP meetings and on-call rotation management.
• Own the P&L for NH Team JRF locations and drive profitability.
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans for large events.
• Drive commercial business development and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
