Job summary

Clean Response, the Twin Cities’ premier independent restoration contractor, is expanding in the Rochester, MN market and seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a fast-paced restoration business.

You will oversee mitigation, cleaning, and reconstruction operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction while aligning with company standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, or related industry.
• Familiarity with Rochester restoration market and strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
• IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Xactimate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across mitigation, cleaning, and reconstruction.
• Ensure projects run efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Track and improve metrics like cycle times, margins, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement systems and processes to support growth.
• Recruit, train, and mentor field personnel.
• Help grow the business through exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
