Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services in Illinois is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to join our Mitigation Service Team. The role involves working side by side with colleagues to restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damage, including removing non-restorable materials and extracting water.

You will help execute action plans, handle equipment, and maintain site safety while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to perform hands-on restoration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Remove/demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites
• Extract standing water if needed
• Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans
• Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debris
• Assisting Project Foreman with job site production
• Maintaining job site safety
• Execute job action plan for restoration production
• Contents manipulation
• Working in confined spaces including heights
• Utilization of power tools
• Assist with warehouse duties
• Utilize truck mounted Extractor efficiently
• Identify and place drying equipment
• Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and Supervisors
