Job summary

Service Restoration Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager in Bloomington, MN, to join the first response team. You will oversee onsite demolition, lead crews, and manage urgent mitigation efforts to restore properties quickly.

The role requires hands-on supervision and use of large loss equipment. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–5:00 PM with overtime, on-call, and weekend needs. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with match, life insurance,

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• IICRC certification (WRT or other) is required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record are required.
• 3+ years of experience in restoration or water mitigation.
• Willingness to undergo background and motor vehicle history checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete demolition and manual labor such as water mitigation and flooring removal.
• Lead jobs from start to finish and coordinate crews on site.
• Set up and take down equipment and document work progress.
• Take moisture measurements and photograph job sites.
• Record details in industry apps and software.
• Ensure proper SOPs, documentation, and site cleanliness.
• Operate Large Loss equipment (generators, temporary heat/AC, desiccants).
• Coordinate operations to minimize downtime for stakeholders.
