BMS CAT is a leader in water damage mitigation and restoration services. The role involves performing high quality water mitigation, water extraction, demolition, debris cleanup, and proper drying technique setup.

Candidates should have IICRC certification preferred, be able to lift 50 pounds regularly (up to 100 with assistance), climb ladders, and participate in our on‑call rotation. A valid driver’s license and good driving history are required.

• IICRC certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in water mitigation and restoration.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.

Responsabilités

• Perform water mitigation and restoration tasks per company guidelines.
• Extract water and remove debris from damaged areas.
• Set up drying equipment and monitor progress.
• Demonstrate proper containment and cleanup at job sites.
• Lead a work crew when required.

From fire and water damage remediation to full service reconstruction, we lead the way.Job Duties:Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers such as:Perform high quality water mitigation servicesWater extractionPerform demolition tasksClean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damagedPlace and monitor drying equipmentFollow company guidelines for proper drying techniquesSet up the van at the job site using the proper set-up proceduresSetting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipmentPerform job cleanup and breakdownEffectively lead a work crewRequirements:IICRC certification preferred, but not requiredExperience in water mitigationLift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Participate in our on-call rotation work scheduleMust have a valid driver’s license and good driving historyCompensation:Company paid Life Insurance, optional Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance is available, 401 (k) plan, generous paid time off, and much more.Compensation will vary based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.Base Pay Maximum: $26 per hourBase Pay Minimum: $22 per hourIf this sounds like you, please APPLY TODAY!BMS CAT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
