Jenkins Restorations in Ashland, Virginia, is seeking a Water Mitigation Project Manager. This full-time exempt role focuses on selling, estimating, and managing projects up to $50,000, interfacing with clients and insurance companies as needed.
The PM will scope damages onsite, prepare estimates, coordinate repairs with contractors, and ensure work meets Jenkins standards while keeping clients informed and payments current.

This position is a full time exempt position. This position is primarily responsible for selling, estimating, and project managing jobs ranging from $0-$50,000 by performing the following duties.
All positions that require driving will require the employee to be 21+ years of age for safety compliance.
This position has supervisory responsibilities. The CCPM will supervise subcontractors.
