Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes the construction of structures per estimator scope.
• Manages employees and subcontractors on jobsites.
• Communicates to set and manage client expectations.
• Works with client to execute changes in scope, price, and timeline.
• Oversees safety and quality; conducts weekly site inspections.
• Maintains schedule and budget per contract scope.
• Secures plans, permits, inspections with client and estimator.
• Invoicing and collection of funds per contract.
• Other duties as assigned.
