Job summary

Jenkins Restorations in Charlotte, NC seeks a Restoration General Manager to oversee daily operations of the office and coordinate with field personnel. The role includes serving as Estimator/Project Manager for large claims when needed and leading staff with a servant’s heart.

You will manage the office budget, monitor cash collections, and ensure high-quality service for disaster victims while aligning with the company’s C.E.D.A.R values.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Language: Proficient in English for reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the office and supervise office and field personnel.
• Serve as Estimator and/or Project Manager for large claims as needed.
• Develop and implement office strategy with the management team.
• Manage budget and review profit margins; monitor cash collections monthly.
• Communicate program changes to the claims management team and maintain client relationships.
