Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking a Restoration Foreman to lead telecom construction crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and safety standards are met. You’ll supervise equipment use, coordinate with the supervisor, and train crew members to sustain productivity.

Candidates should have at least three years of related foreman experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. We offer weekly pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years of related foreman experience or transferable leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery and perform maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines

• Safely operate and control assigned equipment

• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed

• Oversee and help with training of crew members

• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations

• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork

• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance

• Perform work in all weather conditions

• All other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

• A valid driver’s license

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred

• At least three years of related experience

• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely : work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds

• Occasionally : use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Restoration Foreman TelCom Construction is $30.00 - $40.00.
