Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Restoration Foreman to lead telecom construction crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule. You will supervise field crews, operate heavy equipment, and manage materials while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities include training crew members, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring OSHA/DOT policies are followed. This role requires at least three years of foreman experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Restoration Foreman TelCom Construction is $30.00 - $40.00.
