TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Restoration Foreman to lead telecom construction crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and are safely executed. You’ll oversee equipment and materials and coordinate with supervision to maintain productivity and quality.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of foreman experience, strong safety discipline, and the ability to train crew members while upholding OSHA and DOT requirements in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must lead crews to meet project timelines and maintain safety protocols.
• Experience with operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations and safe work practices.
• Ability to train crew members and supervise daily activities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

What You’ll Do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Restoration Foreman TelCom Construction is $30.00 - $40.00.
