Job summary

360 Fire & Flood in Illinois seeks an experienced Estimator to join our restoration team. You will prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets for commercial and residential projects by analyzing plans, materials, labor, and requirements.

You will work closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop competitive proposals, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure estimates align with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing estimates for restoration projects.
• Ability to interpret plans and engineering drawings.
• Strong communication with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Cost analysis and budgeting for commercial/residential jobs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and budgets from plans, specs, and material lists.
• Analyze labor and material costs to develop competitive proposals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure alignment with standards.
