Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets for commercial and residential work by analyzing plans, specs, materials, labor and other requirements.

You will collaborate with clients, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams to develop proposals that are competitive and profitable. The role requires deep knowledge of restoration estimating, strong communication skills and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the restoration industry.
• 2+ years of experience in water damage restoration.
• 3 years of experience using Xactimate.
• Strong skills in restoration estimating.
• Proficiency interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with project teams.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates in Xactimate.
• Analyze plans, specifications, materials, labor and other requirements.
• Develop competitive and profitable proposals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure estimates align with standards.
• Maintain accurate field documentation, photo logs and sketches.
• Communicate proactively with clients and team members.
• Uphold PM standards for projects over $1M.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Overview

The Estimatoridentifiescost-saving opportunities, and ensures all estimates align with company standards andobjectives.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Utilize extensive knowledge and experience to prepare estimates in Xactimate.

• Demonstrate proficient with source removal, decontamination, mitigation, containment, ventilation, contents, and deodorization techniques.

• Must be capable of estimating fixed bid projects as wellas,time and material projects.

• Uphold project management standards for projects exceeding $1M.

• Maintainand reviewaccuratefield documentation, photo logs, graphs, and sketches for various projects.

• Must beproactiveconveying information to clients and other team members.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
