Pulliam Restoration in Columbia, SC is seeking a disciplined Restoration Estimator with a strong commercial focus to join the Estimating Division. You will inspect losses, build defensible scopes, and deliver complete estimates within 48 hours to support profitability.

This role operates in a structured EOS environment, prioritizing margins, accountability, and rapid response to commercial projects across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• 2+ years estimating experience in restoration, construction, or insurance.
• Experience with commercial properties preferred (office, retail, multifamily, industrial).
• Proficiency with Xactimate or similar estimating software.
• Strong understanding of building materials and mitigation processes.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial and residential losses (fire, water, mold, storm).
• Produce rough estimates within 24 hours of inspection.
• Deliver complete, defensible estimates within 2 business days.
• Build scopes accounting for sequencing, materials, labor, and conditions.
• Maintain margins and communicate professionally with clients and adjusters.
• Collaborate with PMs, Operations, and File Coordinators; keep documentation current.
• Participate in weekly estimating review meetings.
