Joe Taylor Restoration is seeking an Estimator to act as the primary client contact throughout the restoration process. You will inspect property damage, prepare accurate estimates, negotiate scope with insurers, and drive the sale and close of mold, fire, and biohazard projects.

Collaborating with the production team, you will ensure a smooth handoff from sale to completion while maintaining detailed CRM records and delivering services on time, within budget, and to the highest quality

• Manage assigned restoration projects and monitor progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Estimator serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process. This position is responsible for inspecting property damage, preparing accurate estimates, negotiating project scope, and successfully selling and closing restoration projects for mold, fire, and biohazard losses. The Estimator works closely with the production team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to project completion, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while providing an exceptional client experience.

Compensation

$125,000–$250,000/ yr On-Target Earnings (OTE) through a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of estimating, restoration, project management, or sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with Xactimate required.
• Preferred certifications: Mold Certification, AMRT, WRT, and Lead Certification.
