Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years estimating in construction and/or insurance restoration.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction management or insurance claim adjusting.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential remodeling project management.
• Restoration industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Xactimate or Symbility estimating software preferred.
• High school diploma is required; college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients at damage sites to assess needs, explain services, and build trust.
• Assess damage, perform take-offs, and prepare comprehensive estimates for repairs.
• Manage repair and restoration projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with trade partners, subcontractors, and site teams to keep projects on track.
• Develop contacts and maintain relationships with clients.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies and maintain records and timelines.

• Coordinate with trade partners, subcontractors, and site teams; maintain active communication to keep projects on track.


• Develop new contacts and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.


• Be available for after-hours emergency situations as needed.


• Maintain accurate records, timelines, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in estimating within the construction and/or insurance restoration industry.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or insurance claim adjusting.


• Minimum of 3 years of residential remodeling project management experience.


• Restoration industry experience is a plus.


• Proficiency in Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating software is preferred.


• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.


• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle and gas provided).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to keep clients informed and engaged.


• Comfortable using computers, software, and technology for estimates and documentation.

Schedule

• Full-time | Monday to Friday.


• 9-hour workdays, day shift.
