Job summary

Reynolds Restoration Services in King of Prussia, PA, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee disaster restoration and reconstruction projects from first estimate to completion. You will split time between field visits (≈40%) and the office (≈60%), supported by an administrative team.

Responsibilities include inspecting properties, preparing detailed estimates with Xactimate or Symbility, coordinating with insurance adjusters, homeowners and vendors, and managing budgets, timelines, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in construction (high-end residential or general contracting favored) or experience as a property claims field adjuster.
• Projects range from $5k-$2M, primarily residential (80%), some light commercial (20%).
• Strong relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.
• Proficient in reading plans, managing budgets, and keeping timelines on track.
• Licensed driver with vehicle.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Demonstrates a solutions-focused approach and non-traditional problem-solving in reconstruction.

Reynolds Restoration Services is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Project Manager to manage disaster restoration and reconstruction projects from initial estimate through completion. You'll spend approximately 40% of your time in the field and 60% in the office, with an administrative team to support your efforts in the field. • Demonstrate a solutions approach and experience using non-traditional skills or methods in the reconstruction process.

Preferred:

• Education: 2–4-year technical degree preferred.
