Responsibilities include establishing client relations with insurance adjusters, creating floor plans, and ensuring budgets and timelines are met while maintaining safety and compliance. A professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• English literacy and fluency.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Xactimate.
• Professional demeanor with excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local-area clientele, primarily insurance adjusters.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain knowledge of local building codes.
• Develop and adhere to budgets and address overages.
• Follow formatting standards for estimates and proposals.
• Demonstrate proficiency with demolition, decontamination, containment, and deodorization services.
• Manage workload independently and maintain vehicle safety.
