RAM Construction Services is seeking an Estimator Business Development to drive revenue growth through client development, estimates, and strategic market expansion. The role links customers, operations, and project teams to identify opportunities and deliver accurate project estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in commercial restoration or related construction.
• Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships resulting in revenue growth.
• Proficiency with construction estimating software and ability to read drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, consultants, engineers, architects, building owners, facility managers, and general contractors.
• Identify and pursue new commercial restoration opportunities.
• Prepare cost estimates and takeoffs with subcontractor and vendor bids.
• Present estimates to management and clients and negotiate scope and pricing.
• Support operations teams and ensure client satisfaction.
• Track industry trends and maintain project documentation.
