Job summary

RAM Construction Services is seeking a Restoration Estimator & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through client development, project estimating, and strategic business development activities. You will be a key link between customers, operations, and project teams, identifying opportunities and delivering accurate estimates.

Ideal candidates will have strong estimating experience in commercial restoration and the ability to develop long-term relationships with property

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction/related field.
Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in commercial restoration, concrete repair, or related construction fields.
Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management preferred.
Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships resulting in revenue growth.
Proficiency in construction estimating software and reading/interpretation of drawings.
Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Experience budgeting, scheduling, and controlling project costs.
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, consultants, engineers, architects, building owners, facility managers, and general contractors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial restoration marketplace.
Generate leads through networking, industry associations, trade shows, cold calling, client visits, and referrals.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective and existing clients.
Prepare, review, and present cost estimates and detailed project budgets to management and clients.
Negotiate pricing and scope with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive proposals.
Monitor industry trends, material pricing, and labor costs to ensure estimates remain current and competitive.
