Job summary
RAM Construction Services seeks an Estimator Business Development professional to drive revenue through client development, accurate project estimates, and strategic growth. This role links customers, operations, and project teams to identify opportunities and deliver compelling bids for commercial restoration projects.
The ideal candidate has strong estimating experience in commercial restoration, excellent communication, and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with property
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in commercial restoration or related construction.
- Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships resulting in revenue growth.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and reading drawings/specifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships with managers, engineers and owners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial restoration.
- Prepare and deliver cost estimates and project budgets to management and clients.
- Negotiate pricing and scope with subcontractors and vendors.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure clear project scope and assumptions.
- Monitor market trends, material costs, and labor rates to keep estimates current.
