Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled.
• Manage customer satisfaction and online reviews.
• Supervise restoration technicians' activities.
• Document job files accurately.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on projects.
• Communicate project progress and issues with the project manager.
