Job summary

SERVPRO Team Marchese is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead on-site restoration and reconstruction projects in the Topeka, Kansas area. You will supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring timely completion and high-quality workmanship while maintaining strong client communication and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have restoration or construction experience, proven leadership, and familiarity with estimating tools like Xactimate or DryBook.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or construction required.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Xactimate and/or DryBook experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Restoration or construction experience (water, fire, mold mitigation a plus)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Xactimate &/or DryBook experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally/overnight
