360 Fire & Flood in Saint Augustine, FL seeks a Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects from start to finish.

You will liaise between clients, technicians, subcontractors, and project managers, manage documentation, scheduling, and communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This role requires 2+ years of admin support, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift 50 lbs; travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• 1 year of construction/restoration/project coordination experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate restoration projects to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and budgets.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules; adjust as needed.
• Assist with invoices and purchase orders; track expenses.
• Organize project meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Ensure required documents are filed and compliant.
• Support managers in identifying risks and issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
