Qualifications

• Xactimate estimating experience required.
• Minimum 3+ years in construction project management.
• Minimum 2+ years in restoration industry.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and restoration processes.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate Xactimate estimates for projects.
• Oversee projects from estimation to completion.
• Document site photos and project reports.
• Coordinate with insurers, clients, subcontractors, and teams.
• Manage timelines and budgets, schedule subcontractors.
• Submit change orders and final invoicing details.
• Guide homeowners/business owners through repair and payment process.
• Ensure permits, inspections, and compliance.
