Job summary

ServiceMASTER, a leader in disaster restoration, is seeking a Construction Project Manager/Estimator for the Columbus, GA location. The ideal candidate has construction experience and experience with residential insurance restoration (smoke, fire, water damage) and Xactimate.

You will write estimates, build relationships with insurance adjusters and subcontractors, and manage projects from start to finish while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience writing estimates with Xactimate.
• Construction project management experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize proprietary software.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates using Xactimate.
• Develop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjusters and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary liaison between the customer and insurance carrier.
• Manage all projects from start to finish while maintaining profitability.
