Job summary

ServiceMaster Cleaning & Restoration (Georgia • Tennessee) is seeking a Construction Estimator and Project Manager. This role involves managing water and fire loss repairs for both residential and commercial properties. Candidates should have Xactimate experience and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or insurance repair.
• Multiple references from previous employers.
• Willingness to work overtime and after hours as needed.
• Must have your own transportation.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Schedule initial customer walk through within 48 hours.
• Document work required with photos and samples.
• Write Xactimate reconstruction estimate within 48 hours.
• Manage budget and schedule for the job.
• Conduct final walk through with customer for satisfaction.
