Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our restoration and reconstruction team. This role focuses on producing accurate estimates for commercial and residential losses, from initial inspection through project completion, with a strong emphasis on communication and customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in restoration or construction, proficiency with Xactimate, and the ability to coordinate with clients, owners, adjusters, and production teams to ensure

• 3–5+ years of construction/restoration experience.
• Strong reconstruction and mitigation background.
• Experience with both commercial and residential projects.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and construction estimating.
• Strong understanding of project scope and pricing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial and residential properties after losses.
• Prepare detailed estimates and project scopes using Xactimate.
• Manage estimates from inspection through completion.
• Communicate with clients, property owners, adjusters, PMs and internal teams.
• Review scopes and coordinate with production teams for changes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and profitably.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout estimating and project process.
