Qualifications

• Prior experience as an insurance adjuster.
• Strong proficiency in Xactimate (writing and supplementing).
• Proven ability to negotiate claims with carriers.
• Deep understanding of residential construction and restoration scope.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage 10-15 claims and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between homeowners and insurance adjusters throughout the restoration process.
• Manage multiple projects from initial damage assessment through claim resolution.
• Represent the company in the field and advocate for customers.
