Qualifications

• Proven Restaurant Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years in restaurant management, preferably QSR and pizza/delivery.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a collaborative work environment.
• Financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, P&L management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset with a focus on guest experience and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, inventory, and sales growth.
• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team to foster a positive work environment and continuous improvement.
• Own the guest experience by proactively addressing feedback and building strong patron relationships.
• Contribute to strategic planning and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and loyalty.
