Job summary

Sleep Inn is seeking a Training Manager to work with the Director of Training and Quality Assurance to ensure top training levels across their Southeast Georgia stores. The TM will train General Managers, Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders, and supervise Computer Based Training through the LMS at each store.

The role coordinates with District Managers to meet onboarding and orientation needs, conducts Limited Time Offer trainings, and serves as a role model for business and personnel practices

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions.
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training of District teams to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate each restaurant's QSC standards and provide coaching and inspections.
• Communicate customer comments to Restaurant Managers and ensure timely follow-up.
