Job summary

Huddle House is seeking a Training Manager to work with the Director of Training and Quality Assurance to elevate training across stores. You’ll train General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders and ensure LMS-based programs are completed, including Limited Time Offer training to keep product knowledge current.

You will partner with District Managers to support onboarding, orientation, and performance coaching, while upholding food safety standards, driving Guest satisfaction, and

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions.
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all district team members are trained, motivated and deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate restaurant QSC standards and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Communicate customer comments to the Restaurant Manager and follow up.
• Ensure GM/GMITs receive orientation, training and development opportunities.
• Train, coach and provide regular performance feedback to motivate and improve team members.
• Evaluate GM/GMIT performance against clearly communicated standards.
• Support marketing programs and evaluate local restaurant marketing strategies.
• Ensure business and personnel practices comply with laws and company policies.
• Serve as a role model and uphold a positive example for the team.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation requirements to protect guests and team.
• Pull shifts to aid stores with staffing, and work with MITs to ensure readiness.
