Job summary

Rocket Enterprises, the premier franchisee for Hardee's, Huddle House, Arby's, Captain D's, Holiday Inn Express, and Sleep Inn in Southeast Georgia, seeks a Training Manager to lead the development of store leaders and ensure quality through LMS-based training.

The Training Manager will work with Directors and District Managers to deliver onboarding, coaching, and performance improvement across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with food safety and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required
• 3-5 years in management positions
• Financial planning: budgeting, scheduling and P&L management

Responsibilities

• Trains, coaches and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve team members
• Evaluates restaurant performance against standards and provides regular coaching
• Ensures orientation, training, and development opportunities for General Managers and GMITs
• Coordinates with District Managers on onboarding and training needs
• Supports marketing programs and ensures compliance with policies and procedures
• Upholds food safety and sanitation requirements and conducts store-level training audits
