Rocket Enterprises is seeking a Training Manager responsible for overseeing training and development of General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders in Jesup, Georgia. This role ensures top-tier training standards while conducting evaluations and providing performance feedback.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of restaurant experience, with at least 3-5 years in management positions. The position offers competitive salary, bonus plan, health insurance, and a family atmosphere promoting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions.
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management.

Responsibilities

• Trains, coaches and provides regular feedback to motivate and improve the performance of all Team Members.
• Ensures all Team Members in the District are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Works alongside District Managers to ensure Training, Onboarding and Orientation needs are being met.
