Qualifications

• Proven experience in training and development of management staff.

• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and P & L management.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach all team members for optimal performance.
• Ensure all General Managers receive necessary training.
• Conduct periodic inspections and provide feedback on performance.
